In fashion circles, there’s always a big focus on autumn. That’s when all the “serious” clothes land. And it goes without saying we’re here for that; we sell serious duds, after all. But between you and us, we’re also here for the summertime. The silly season, as it’s colloquially known. On the face of it, the hotter months mean more freedom and an opportunity to experiment with what we wear. But also, given that we tend to wear less, every piece we don has to work that bit harder. Now, sure, you could go all out for jazzy shirts or decide that this is the year you finally get on the clog train and shun all other footwear for the next three months. And we can certainly enable you on that front. But wouldn’t you also like to know that there’s a spine to your summer wardrobe that you don’t even have to think about – and who wants to think in summer? That you can just rely on. One that will get the job done and do so with a flourish.
